1. After downloading on phones, tap Install directly
2. For iPhones (Manual Steps): Tap Install and return to Home Screen. Once download completes, go to Settings >> General >> VPN & Device Management >> Profiles >> App >> Install
3. If the profile fails to download, please use the Safari browser to re-download
